1 tsp melted butter
2 cups Graham crackers
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp sugar
2.5 lbs Cream cheese
2 cups Sugar
1/2tsp Vanilla extract
8oz Sour cream
2 cups Heavy cream
1 cup Bavarian cream
Mix butter with Graham crackers and line bottom of spring form pan with Graham crackers and bake on 350 for 6 minutes.
Combine sugar, cream cheese, and Bavarian cream in mixer and mix for 3 minutes
Add sour cream to mixture and mix for 3 minutes
Add eggs and mix 3 more minutes
Fold in heavy cream and baklava mix
Fill pan 1/2 inch from top of the pan
Bake on 250 for 2 hours until set in the middle
Allow to rest at room temperature for 1 hour and refrigerate.
